I wrote that review after watching the entire series cover to cover, so let me toss my 3 1/2 cents into the ring. 1. I really, really like the show. I think I said that a few times in the review. Other than the kitchen thing which you kindly explained and I'm happy to know about, I was pretty positive on everything. Is it perfect? Probably not, but what is? 2. I meant "Drama is hard" there because while there are comedic elements to the show, after watching closing in on 100 web series (hundreds of hour of video) I would say that by comparison the plots lean more towards the dramatic. I am not sure if this was a conscious choice or just where to writing took you but I like it and I'm sure it helps the show "work." 3. Something I need to explain about the ratings. We screened a -lot- of video. If it made it to the cutting room floor it meant we liked it a great deal. That being the case we were relatively hard on the ones that made it for just that reason. As it stands we've given out 0 5 star ratings, a tiny handful of 4.5s and the vast majority hover between 2.5-4. Even with that I tried to explain my feelings because sometimes the numbers don't represent my views as well as the words do. Either way, we're not crying ;) and I am actually quite pleased that you saw the review and deemed it worth mentioning. I am sincerely looking forward to the second season of the show and I will be following it carefully. Thanks for the mention!
